Description

Spirax Sarco Fig34 carbon steel strainer is a Y-shaped strainer with flange connection, which is made of EN standard material. The standard stainless steel filter mesh DN15 to DN80 has a pore size of 0.8mm, DN100 to DN200 has a pore size of 1.6mm, and other pore sizes, mesh sizes and Monel alloy filter mesh are also available. Upon request, threaded holes can be drilled on the filter bonnet to connect with a drain or discharge valve. Low temperature carbon steel filters are also available.

This product is fully compliant with the European Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC and can be marked if required.

Certification

Material certificate EN 10204 2.2 is available on request. Body and bonnet material certificate EN 10204 3.1.B is also available on request, to be specified when ordering.

Sizes and pipe connections

The calibers are available in DN 15, 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 65, 80, 100, 125, 150 and 200 with standard flange connections EN 1092 PN40.

   • Monel Alloy Filter: The apertures are 0.8mm (DN15 - DN80), 1.6mm (DN100 - DN200), 3.0mm (DN15 - DN200) with a mesh size of 100.

   The bonnet can be drilled with different sizes of threaded holes for installation of a drain or discharge valve, with the following specifications:
