Spirax Sarco Spirax Sarco CSF16/CSF16T stainless steel sterile air filters are horizontally mounted in-line high efficiency filters designed to remove impurity particles from gas systems. The filter housing is available in a choice of austenitic stainless steel 1.4301 for the CSF16 and 1.4404 for the CSF16T.
DN8 - DN80 outer cover is polished on the outer surface and naturally polished on the inner surface; DN100 - DN200 are naturally polished on both the outer and inner surfaces.
The outer housing consists of two halves in accordance with DIN 11851 for food industry connections, DN100 - DN200 the two parts are connected by bolts and nuts. Equipped with replaceable borosilicate cartridges of 0.01 μm, with a filtration rate of 99.99981 TP3T or more, and some pipe diameters are available in low-flow L-type and high-flow H-type cartridges. Products comply with the European Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC, steel stamps are available on request, all materials comply with US FDA regulations, EN 10204 3.1 certificate is available (to be specified when ordering).

Note: For DN50 and DN80, high flow is indicated by "H" and low flow by "L". For 1.4404 enclosures, the suffix "T" must be added, e.g. CSF16T.
availability
CSF16 is provided in two parts:
- Outer housing bottom cover, top cover and outer housing seal.
- 2 sets of CSF16 - A silicate cartridges.
Note: Filter cartridges are used to remove impurities from the media and become saturated after a period of use. To minimize downtime, it is recommended to order a separate set of cartridges and covers as spare parts.
Ordering spare parts: Please order spare parts as described in the table above, indicating the type and size of the filter housing. Example: Seal set for a set of Spirax Sarco DN200H CSF16 filters.
