DCV10 (stainless steel) and DCV10C (carbon steel) disc check valves are designed to be mounted between flanges for pumping or other recirculating applications in a wide range of media such as process piping, hot water, steam and condensate systems, etc. Compared to conventional disc check valves, the center guide design ensures a longer and more reliable service life. The check valve guarantees the correct flow of condensate or other suitable fluids and prevents backflow at the same time.
Standards: Designed to meet BS EN 14341: 2006, this product is fully compliant with the European Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC and can be CE marked on request. Spool and seat seals are in accordance with EN 12266-1: 2003 F class.

Working Principle
The DCV10 and DCV10C disks open due to pressure during positive fluid flow and are closed by spring force before reverse fluid flow occurs.

Installation Precautions
Please install DCV10 and DCV10C horizontally or vertically according to the flow direction of the valve body. note: Flanges, bolts (or studs), nuts and gaskets are to be supplied by the customer.
