Description
Product Overview
Spirax Sarco Single Window is a brass sight glass. It provides visual monitoring of fluid flow to detect blocked valves, strainers, and steam traps in industrial pipelines. The unit features a smooth concentric reduction in the inlet connection, which promotes turbulence to make fluid movement easily visible.

Key Features
- Brass body (EN 12165 CW617N) construction for sizes 3/8” to 1”.
- Toughened soda lime glass window (BS 3463) with reinforced exfoliated graphite gaskets.
- Screwed BSP T Rp (ISO 7-1) or NPT connections.
- Concentric inlet reduction promotes fluid turbulence for clear flow detection.
- Removable bezel allows for window and gasket renewal without removing the body from the pipeline.

- Inspecting and comparing the color of fluid at different stages of the process to enable quick adjustments.
Maintenance and Spare Parts

Available spares include the set of windows and gaskets, and the set of gaskets alone. When renewing the window, ensure that a gasket is fitted to either side of the window before tightening the bezel to the recommended torque of 60 - 65 N m.
