Description
Product Overview
Spirax Sarco IN25M is a steam injector designed for direct installation into liquid vessels. It utilizes a steam jet to draw in liquid through radial ports, mixing the fluid and distributing the heated water throughout the tank to prevent temperature stratification. The circulation induced by the injector ensures thorough mixing across the vessel volume.

Key Features
- Manufactured entirely from austenitic stainless steel (ASTM A351 CF3M).
- Heats, mixes, and circulates fluids using zero moving parts.
- Compact design minimizes operational noise and vibration.
- Available with 1” BSPT male, 1” NPT male, or 1” Schedule 80 butt-weld connections.

Installation Guidelines
Spirax Sarco IN25M requires a 25 mm pipeline for proper sizing. It must be positioned horizontally at a low level within the tank, ideally on the vertical center line.

Clearance requirements dictate a minimum water depth of 150 mm below the injector and a minimum distance of 150 mm from the side of the tank. When installing multiple injectors to achieve higher capacities, they must be spaced equally across the tank width with at least 300 mm between each unit.
